I have a ikea mattress that is three years old and I am having difficulty sleeping. Should I spruce up my mat
Have you tried turning it? Sometimes that's all you need to do. Otherwise, if you can't afford a new one, there are mattress toppers available which would be cheaper than a whole new mattress. Three years doesn't seem very long to have a mattress, are you sure your insomnia isn't caused by something else? Maybe stress, noise, too hot, too cold, etc.
